Tutorial Tuesday

We thought we'd switch things up a bit so our Tuesday posts this month will feature various video tutorials I've done for The Sweet 'n Sassy Connection, our community and gallery.

This week I'm showing you a fun technique you can do with water-based markers, a silhouette image and a spray bottle.
