Tuesday Technique - Double Flap Card
Sometimes it's fun to take our cards up a level by making them multi-layered. This card is kind of like a card within a card.
Esther created this card by stamping images from Spring Hope (coordinating dies) and Birds & Blooms (coordinating dies) in Versafine Nocturne Ink and coloring them with Arteza Real Brush Pens.
The first layer opens to reveal the His Peace sentiment stamped inside.
This flap opens to reveal a border created with Texture Tiles 8 and another image from Spring Hope.
She created her own patterned papers using Texture Tiles 4 and Background Builders: Stripes.
Here are the measurements for each layer:
Card is a regular A2 size - 4.25" x 5.5"
The front panel is trimmed to measure 2.5" long x 4.25" wide
The front flap is 4.25" long x 3" wide
The inside card measures 4.75" long x 3.5" wide
