Tuesday Technique - Easy Sunset Backgrounds

Technique Tuesday - Easy Sunset Backgrounds

Don't you love this beautiful set of clean-and-simple cards that Michelle created.

Here's a quick tutorial for how she made those pretty sunset backgrounds.

Use a oval or circle die to cut a template out of acetate.

Tape your acetate template to a card panel measuring 4x5.25.

Select your inks and ink blend over your template you made.

Layout your stamps and stamp with a dark ink so you get a solid crisp image.

Finish the card by adding a black border and then adhering it to a A2 card base.

Supplies used:

Scene Silhouettes Trees, Script SentimentsScene Silhouettes Woodland, Nature Silhouettes, and Thrill of Hope

We'd love to see your take on this fun technique, so be sure to share any cards your create (using Sweet 'n Sassy products) on our VIP Facebook page
