Tuesday Tutorial - Faux Polaroids
Esther created this fun travel themed card and shares a mini tutorial for creating faux polaroids. Esther used waterbrush pens to paint her skylines, but any coloring medium would work (paints, ink pads, alcohol markers, distress crayons etc.).
Faux Polaroid Tutorial
Cut white watercolor or mixed media paper into 2 inch squares
Cut black card stock to measure 2 3/8' x 3"
Add sunset or sunrise colors to your white squares
Stamp silhouette scenes over your sunsets
Embellish with clouds, sun, moon, stars etc.
Adhere squares to the top of your black card stock pieces
Cut a piece of white card stock to measure 7 1/2" x 7 3/8" and fold it in half to form a mini slimline card. Stamp a travel themed background using the Going Postal set.
