Tuesday Tip - Pencil Polka Dots
Diane revisits the old technique of using a new pencil eraser to create polka dots by tapping it on your ink pad and then pressing it into your card stock.
She also has a second tip for us today:
"To help with perfect placement of layers that are raised up with foam tape, first add your double-sided tape to all four sides of the back of your layer. Next, peel and fold back only a small section of the release paper on each strip."
"Turn your layer over and place it on the card front as desired, tacking the exposed adhesive areas in place. Then pull the “tabs” on each side to remove the rest of the backing papers."
