Hello sweet friends! It's time for Day 3 of…
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps 2014 Year in Review!
Today's feature is:
Geometric shapes are very trendy right now and this fun set is perfect for creating backgrounds, chevrons, borders, and even more as you will see in the fabulous samples for today.
Kim is back, and just look at this gorgeous combination of colors and papers. Those fun balloons were made with the tear drop shape in the Shape Up stamp set. Faux stitching, Baker's Twine, and a cute Scallop Border on the tag add to the charm of her beautiful card.
I was able to achieve a watercolor look with the hexagon shape from the Shape Up stamp set and a few spritzes of water to make a background for my Christmas card. Other products from the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Store used on the card are Christmas Silhouettes, Christmas Silhouettes Dies, and Vintage Postcard!
Here are some other samples from the past that were made in 2014:
How cute is this! Bridget used two of the shapes from the Shape Up stamp set to make this adorable flower. The sentiment is from the Inspirational Word Art stamp set.
Giovana used the chevron from the Shape Up stamp set to draw attention to the Heart die cut! What a wonderful way to use up those DP scraps, and don't you just love the stitching? The sentiment is from the Valentine Critters Stamp set which is only available right now as part of our current Sweet Perks Bundle!
The rounded square shape was used by Jessica to create a focal point for her sentiment which is from the God Is Bigger clear stamp set. A bit of felt, ribbon, lace, and trim give a touch of elegance to this beautiful card made with the Shape Up stamp set!
Love how Diane used the chevron image in the Shape Up stamp set to create a border for her pretty card. An embedded Monarch Butterfly Die cut and a sentiment from the Bloom & Grow stamp set coordinate perfectly with her DP!
The Shape Up stamp set is currently available in the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Store. If you haven't had a chance to get this wonderful set yet, head on over to the store and grab one today!
We will resume our 2014 Year in Review on Monday…be sure to stop back to see another fabulous stamp set from this past year!
