Happy Saturday Stampers! This is Michelle from East Bay Stamp Chick. We have a new digi stamp set at Sweet N Sassy Stamps and it's so cute!
Check out how cute this is! It's called Holiday Cheer. I used it today to make 2 tags and a card. I paired it with a few of the new dies released this month, the Large Snowflake Dies and the Scallop Border Dies.So now that you have seen what I used, let me show you what I made.
I love using pastels and especially pink glitter paper for Christmas. I used the largest snowflake die and cut 3 out of pale pink glitter paper. Then I cut 3 of the smallest snowflake die of a champagne colored glitter paper. I colored all the digi images with alcohol markers and fussy cut them. To make the tags, I also cut out both of the scallop borders dies, one out of silver glitter paper and one out of a light aqua.
To assemble the tags, I glued the smaller snowflake on top of the bigger pink one. I added a loop of ribbon to the back. I glued the 2 border die cuts on top of each other. I cut it approximately at the 2/3 way. I used the bigger piece on the tag with the bird and the smaller piece on the other tag. I used foam squares to attach all the pieces.
To finish off each item I added some silver sequins. you can never have too much bling! I love all the pastels and the glitter paper and I hope you do too!
I hope you find some time to get crafty this weekend!
