Cup 'O Joe

Good morning Sweet 'n Sassy Stamp fans! I am so excited to be sharing with you today!

I just had to use that cutie Rhubarb again...this time she's got her cup 'o joe and is getting ready for her day! I had a great time making this card with some beautiful patterned paper, ribbon, and bling. I love that we can dress up or dress down Rhubarb and that she can be a he if you prefer.

I was just in the store looking at the patterned paper that we have and you have got to go see the wonderful Bo Bunny paper! Oh, goodness...I think I need some!

If you haven't already make sure you go check out the new exclusive dies! They are just fabulous!

Well, there you have it! I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

Rhubarb the Teddy Bear

Good morning Sweet 'n Sassy friends! I'm excited to be posting here on the SNSS blog today!

Like a lot of you I love the new series of images that Korin has made...Rhubarb the Teddy Bear. While I know he doesn't really look like Pooh one of the first things that came to my mind when I saw Rhubarb was that he 'has a rumbly in his tumbly' so I had to build on that!

This card was SO easy to make! I just cut the bee hive and bees on my Cricut, colored Rhubarb and then put it all together! You can get more specifics on my blog if you'd like.

I know that Korin is releasing several new Rhubarbs this week so head on over to The Sweet 'n Sassy Connection to check them out!

I think that is it for me today. Make today a wonderful Wednesday!

a happy hello!

Good Friday morning stampers! This is Lorie here to show you a fun clean and simple card with the fabulous sketch on SCS that Korin posted this week!

The images are, of course, from Happy Ocean Friends and the paper is from Echo Park's Summer Days (I love that paper with this set). Like I said the layout is from SCS's card sketch for this week right HERE and the fabulous Korin designed! I love the clean and simple style of the sketch and this card! I used just a little bling for the bubbles and the sentiment wraps it all together. I love that the sentiment could be used for anything from a hello card to a birthday card. So multi-purpose!

Alright, I hope you get a chance to play along with this fabulous sketch! Make sure you link it up on SCS for all to see!

Have a happy day everyone!

Lilac's for Cocoa

Good morning friends! Lorie here today and I am so excited to be showing you my card today!

When I sat down to create my card for this blog post I had one more card to make for Mother's Day so I figured why not use a Cocoa image? They are so cute! I decided to go to the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps store and pick out a new to me image so when I saw Lilac's for Cocoa I was just thrilled...it was perfect! A little bit of patterned paper, some Copic markers, and a wonderful layout later and I had my Mother's Day card finished. It is easy when you start with a great image!

You all have seen the new releases for this month right? If not make sure you check it out HERE and if you comment HERE you may win the entire new release!

So...I wish all you mama's out there a very Smiley from millan.net

Welcome to Monday morning Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps fans! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

This is Lorie checking in for today with another masculine card (I made one last month too.). This sentiment is from the Sentiments for Him set that is available in both digi and clear stamps. It is kinda funny...I have both sets. Guess I'm a bit addicted, huh?

This is a short post but I hope you enjoy this little bit of Sassy-ness (teehee!). Make sure you scroll down to see what all of the design team gals have been creating...they are quite the talented bunch of gals!

Most of all...have a blessed Monday!

Who I Am...

Good morning friends! This is Lorie checking in this morning with my very first post on the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps blog. I'm very excited to be here and to share with you this fun card I made.

I love lots of the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps sentiments but I'm a sucker for anything that I can make a card for my husband with so today I'm showing off a sentiment from the Love Sentiments Digital Stamp set which is also available as a clear set :).

As you can see I played with this sentiment in PSE and made it brown instead of black to better go with the papers that I've used from Basic Grey from there it was an easy put together with this week's sketch from The Sweet Stop.

I was a little nervous about sharing this card as it is definitely different from those you would normally see with a light color scheme and a cute image but I wanted to be sure that you all know how incredibly versatile the images from SNSS are!

I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday and I'll see you again soon!
