Hello Friends, Esther Asbury here, and I'm so excited to be a new design team member with Sweet n Sassy Stamps! For my first post on the design team blog, I'm sharing two fun Valentine cards.
My
first card is pretty quick and easy to create. I used one of the heart
tiles from the Texture Tiles 5 set to create an embossed background and
then added some fun die cut - distressed hearts to the front.

My second card features the adorable sloth from Lots of Love --Isn't he just the cutest?!
To
create my background I embossed a piece of kraft card stock with a fun heart
embossing folder and then swiped some moonlight white ink over top.

The sloth was embossed in black embossing powder and painted with Sonnet water colours.
After fussy cutting him, I replaced the stamped strings with some fun baker's twine ones!

Replying to Cynthia's question above....The black heart with burlap string is a scrap of designer paper die cut with a nesting heart die.
