Fall Winter 2020 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

 Hi coffee, tea, and cocoa fans! It's Julee here popping in with a super fun post today! We're so excited to be amidst a long list of fabulous Super Sponsors for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! 'Tis definitely the season to enjoy a little mug of something toasty, papercrafted or otherwise.

The hop kicks off today and runs through Friday, November 13. Did you spy the new Holiday Cuppa DIGI in the sale graphic? Most of you coffee loving papercrafters know I love to design coffee releated images!  So let's take a closer look at this fun digital I designed in honor of the hop.

Here's my first make with the Holiday Cuppa DIGI.  I printed on smooth bristol, sizing the image down to fit inside the cup, then colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. When I was finished I added some accents with Stickles and a white gel pen, then fussy cut the whole shebang.

The background is done on the gel press with some alcohol inks. I laid down the alcohol inks, then stamped the huge snowflake from Spectacular Snowflakes with Alcohol Lift Ink and then stamped onto the gel press.  I made the pull, then I added a thin layer of acrylic paint and did another pull.  I added some splatters of paint all over the background, then stenciled on some stars with dimensional paste in either corner. Some distressed shabby edges and the coffee image up on foam tape and this card was finished!
