The background was made with a stencil and some modeling paste. After the rays were dry, some Daffodil Delight ink was sponged on them. The borders, from the newly released set Borders and Backgrounds, were white embossed on different colors of card stock and die cut with the Borders and Background Dies to make a rainbow. Because I was trying to make a happy card, the flowers from the Happy Place stamp set were colored with Copic Markers in rainbow colors. A Clear Wink of Stella marker was used to make the sun rays and the flowers really shimmer.
A sunny bow, a banner sentiment, and some rhinestone stickers were added to finish the card.

Gorgeous Colours and texture! Love it!
I live in Central America, and the exact same thing happened with the weather... Yesterday temperatures were so high, it was almost unbearable and today is rainy and cooler. LOL.
This card is a cutie. Love all the little details! Thanks for sharing.
Love this card--it IS like a ray of sunshine in the midst of this winter! I do agree about the weather. Even though, here in East Texas, we haven't had it as bad as other parts of the country, it has been even more changeable this winter than usual. Anyway, thanks for sharing this!
JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!:) THANKS FOR THE SUNSHINE!!!!!!!!:)
This is precious, Cathy! Love the bright colors and sunburst bg.
