You Make Me Happy Happy ~

Good Morning Sweet'nSassy Fans! Mary here sharing a happy summer card with you! Summer is here to stay I believe, I hope.

My card uses the Happy Happy stamp set with the matching Happy Happy die set. The images are coloured using chalks and shaded until I achieved the colour I wanted. The sentiment is stamped in versafine and circle punched and inked to give it some depth. I adhered the die cut images using dimensional tape. For some embellishment, I added some rhinestones to the side panel.
Materials Used:
Stamps: Happy Happy
Paper: MME, SU
Inks: SU chalks, Versafine black
Accessories: Rhinestones, SU punch

Be sure to play along on this weeks' challenge "Anything Goes" from yesterday's bloghop for a chance to win some prizes!

I'm not lion...these are bright! ;)

I don't usually stamp with the bold, bright colors but I've had a bit of fun with them lately!  My first card is bright and sunny…

I can't seem to get enough of the Happy Happy stamps and dies...they are so fun!

My second card is one that I made for a sweet little guy with a special birthday.

It seems so long ago that my own girls had their first birthday...I miss those days!  Time has passed so quickly.
I used the Baby's Circus and You're A Star stamp sets, along with the Numbers dies to make my card.  The lion and stand are raised on foam dots.

Thanks for stopping and checking out what I have to share today!  Be sure to come and see the new release on Friday!

sending some sunshine

With the lovely weather we've been blessed with lately, I've been having fun making some sunny cards.  Sweet 'n Sassy has lots of fun summertime stamp sets that are perfect for this time of year!

On my first card I used Happy Happy and So ThankfulThe rays were randomly scored and then I sponged over them with yellow ink to highlight them.

For my second card I used Bee Happy Rhubarb to make a card for a sweet friend who makes honey.  I hope she likes it!

Have a sweet day and enjoy the sunshine!

Happy Happy...

Hello! It's Monika here today, bringing you another SWEET peek from our April Release.

I used the soon-to-be released Happy Happy stamp and die set. I just love the cheerful and sweet images and coordinating dies...
I wanted to make something simple, but with a special touch... so I made a shaker card, using the cloud as the window...

I filled the shaker with micro beads and sequins.

The sun was stamped on a piece of pattern paper from Hello Spring DP by doodlebug designs. To add sparkle to my sum, I used yellow stickles.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hopefully I inspired you to make something fun today...

Don't forget to join us on Thursday at 8 pm in the SCS forum for our release party!  You can find all the info for the new release happenings HERE.

Happy, Happy..........

Hi there friends!!  How are you?  Thanks so much for visiting today! I am really excited to share a little PEEK with you!!  I made my creation with an AWESOME new stamp set Korin will be releasing next Friday, April 11 called Happy Happy along with some SWEET matching dies.  Check it out!  This set is right up there with my FAVES!!  I know I will be reaching for this set........... for ALL kinds of occasions!!
I took a piece of white cardsock and cut it down to A2 size, then I ran it through my Big Shot a few times with my cloud die.  Voila!  A custom mask/stencil for clouds!!  LOVE it!  I proceeded to line up the mask/stencil on my card base and get to work with my Memento inks and large daubers.  While my mask/stencil is STILL on my base?  I stamped some CUTE scrolls, from the SNSS LEAFY FLOURISH BACKGROUND & MORE clear stamp set!  Then I sponged (with the large dauber) my grass with Memento ink.  Next, I cut out a sun and a kite with those matching dies, sponged on some Memento color with my dauber again, and used some dimensionals to add them to my base.  To finish off my creation, I added my sentiment and adhered the card base to a piece of green cardstock!

Hope you enjoyed my project today!  Be sure to tune in next Friday to see all of the AMAZING sets for April!!  Have a WONDERFUL weekend!!

My Sunshine.

Hi there!

Jessica popping in this afternoon to share a card I made using an adorable new stamp set Korin will be releasing next Friday, April 11 called Happy Happy along with their coordinating dies.  I used several of our scallop border dies (borders & backgrounds, scallop border dies) layered together and LOTS of yellows to make my happy, sunny card!

I die cut the sunshine (LOVE this shape!) from felt and stamped my favorite sentiment from the new set along with it, adding some yellow washi tape, a yellow button (with yellow twine, of course!) and called it done.  This card makes me happy with all the bright, WARM colors.  I just wish it wasn't 37 degrees and cloudy outside with a chance of snow tonight (AGAIN!).

No matter the weather, we can make sunny, happy card, right!?

Hope you are enjoying the sunshine today!
Jessica
