Hi, hope you are enjoying this 2nd day of Fall. I love this time of year when the leaves are changing and everyone is buying up those mounds of Christmas gifts to beat that last minute shuffle that happens on Dec 24th.
I have a darling and precious image to share with you today. This set is called "CHRISTMAS PUPPY" and can be found at SWEET 'N SASSY STAMPS.
This little guy just tickles my funny bone. He has jumped into Santa's boot. Now just tell me how is Santa going to deliver all of those toys if he can not get his boots on?
I used copics to color the time and stamped the sentiment in Lady bug Red ink.
My layout is from Wednesday's SKETCH CHALLENGE over at SPLITCOAST STAMPERS website. Have you been to SCS yet? Did you know that Sweet N Sassy is now a member company? Well they are. Go check it out.
My color combo comes from today's INSPIRATION CHALLENGE # 303 - Creature Comforts from this INSPIRATIONAL COLOR COMBO.
Sadly this will be my last post with SNS as my term ends this month (insert pout here). I have enojoyed these months and appreciate Korin for all she does for the love of God and this fabulous hobby I am so addicted to.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Christmas Puppy
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black, Lady Bug Red
Paper: Vanilla, Basic Gray-Oxford dp
Accessories: Red & Green Bakers Twine

Back To School With Autumn Bounty Blessings
Happy Thursday and the 1st day of September. This year will be over before we know it. Where does the time fly to? Oh well as the old saying goes "time marches on" and so it does. Here we are at the front door of Fall already and my grandchildren must be skipping Thanksgiving because they are already telling me what they want for Christmas. LOL. Kids are so precious, no matter what the age.
For this card today I stamped the focal image on white cs then colored with copics and matted on pumpkin pie on the inside panel. The base is white with a frame embossed then I cut the inside section out for a window card. I stamped the sentiment in pumpkin pie. I love that saying.
This is also for today's Splitcoast Stampers WAYS TO USE IT CHALLENGE # 338 - Paint where we were to use paint (including stickles). I added stickles to the flower centers.
I hope you have a fabulous day and upcoming Labor Day holiday. If you are traveling use caution and arrive alive where you are going and getting back home as well.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Autumn Bounty - SNSS
Paper: white, pumpkin pie
Ink: Momento Tuxedo black, pumpkin pie
Accessories: stickles, copics, dimensionals. the Paper Studio Whimsy Frame
Techniques: frame it, copic coloring
Thanks for looking,
Neva

Dr.Rhubarb's Get Well Wish
Happy Saturday everyone. Have you met Rhubarb yet? I hope you have already been seeing him in my blog post or over at Splitcoast stampers in my gallery or from any of the other Sweet N Sassy design team members.
Here is a fun image from SWEET N SASSY STAMPS new character lineup of RHUBARB's that I wanted to share with you today.
You know I could NOT resist this image being an RN this just had to be used. I think Dr.Rhubarb's expert medical advice would be more than welcomed by anyone.
I colored the image with copics YG93 & 95, BG72, & N1 & N3. I used my Airbush system to airbrush around the inside of the nestie and on the oval punched sentiment panel using Y000 & Y00. Both the focal image and sentiment are popped up on dimensionals.
The base and ribbon is baja breeze and the dp is from a stack that I do not have named, sorry.
Both the image and sentiment are digitals printed on white cs.
Hope you like this fun GET WELL project.

Lending a Helping Hand by Neva
Hi all. I hope everyone is having a fabulous Summer. This is such a fun seasons for our family. We grill, swim, and just spend time together like this past Monday for the July 4th holiday.
I have a darling image to share with you today from an acrylic stamp set just released called "HELPING HAND". Haven't we all been in a situation where we needed an extra hand to help do something? I know I have. I used this same image for last Friday's challenge over at SplitCoastStampers to Celebrate July with any holiday for the month. My choice was July 4th is also National Country Music Day, Who knew? Since I love country music and this image how could I resist, anyway the song I chose to pair with this darling image was "The Chain of Love" by Clay Walker. Now this song talks about when someone helps you out, pay it back by helping someone else out and don't break the chain. How kewl is that and is that message not perfect for this image? Can't you just see that little bird bringing that mouse a berry to eat after he get's that drop of water he needed? I love it.
This is also for today's FREE 4 ALL CHALLENGE # 72 - The Good Old Summertime and today's QUEEN FOR THE DAY # 68 - Rox71. Yeah! Rox is truely an inspiration. I chose to CASE her SPRING DUCKIES changing the layout, colors and image but kept with the fun critters in unusual places.
I hope you like what I have for you. You can find this fabulous stamp set at SWEET N SASSY STAMPS Store.
Drop back in tomorrow for another fabulous project from one of our fantastic Design Team Members.

Neva's Mr.Fix-It & Cookies Gift Card
I have a desire to increase my stash of masculine cards and have been on a roll lately with reaching this goal. I absolutely LOVE this darling new digital set called "MR.FIX-IT" from SWEET N SASSY DIGITAL LINE. I used Nesties Labels 17 to cut and emboss both focal image and sentiment but then cut the bottom section from the sentiment.
I used copics to color the image and then sponged the inside of the Nestie. My dp is woodgrained.
This is for Sunday's FEATURED STAMPED CHALLENGE # 223 - Aimes where I found inspiration in the colors of her YOU MAKE ME SMILE card.
My sweet darling hubby is always making special things for me and so I will be giving this to him at the right time. He loves my selfmade creations and I hope he loves this one too.
Now for my 2nd creation:
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 325 - Paper Buttons which I LOVE to make. This is also for today's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE # 119 - Word Inspired (GIFT).

Now for my 2nd creation:
This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 325 - Paper Buttons which I LOVE to make. I used Saturday's SWEET STOP SKETCH CHALLENGE # 108 for my layout and last Thursday's SWEET N SASSY DIGI CHALLENGE # 2 - Photo Inspiration for my color combo.
My darling digi image is "COOKIE WITH GIFT" and the sentiment is from an acrylic set called "CIRCUS FUN" both sets and the dp are from SWEET N SASSY STAMP COMPANY. I used dimensionals betweet the dp and focal panel on the top, bottom and left side as well as the white panel and pink panel that my button is matted on and taped the gift card to the pink layer so when you slide the button panel the gift card comes out.
RECIPE:
Stamps: Cookie's Gift
Paper: white, summer sun, Echo Park Summer Days dp
Ink: summer sun
Accessories: dimensionals, gift card, ribbon, wonky squares Nestie, crop-a-dile, crystal effects
Techniques: Paper Button, 3D, Gift Card Holder
I hope you like both of these and come back to visit again tomorrow for more fabulous creations from the SNS Design Team.

Wait On The Lord

Today's SCS TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE # 321 - Same But Different was too hard to pass up. I just made the card on the left late Sunday for today's post on my blog and sealed the envie and dropped in the mail. When I looked at today's challenge I had to pull up my picture and make another one. I like how the 1st one turned out but after loading it thought better of some of my placements but did not have time to start over so today I got to start over. I still had some dp left over and pleant of primas and off to my cave I went.I changed the placemnt of my flourshes and leaves this time more around the primas. I airburshed both the pink and yellow prima and topped them off with a solid white closed together by a yellow brad this time. Much softer effect I think than the copic colored yellow prima on the left. I used the same Nesties, sentiment and copic coloring around the Nestie for both.
This is also for Friday's QUEEN FOR THE DAY # 56 - Mrs.Boz. I chose her BEAUTIFUL CARD HERE to CASE. I changed the flower type and used dp but kept the basic layout.
I used last Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE # 319 - So Pretty Pizzazz.
My focal sentiment is from a set called "Wait On The Lord" from SWEET N SASSY STAMPS that I just bought and could not wait to get it dirty. I love using sentiments for focal panel but I also love long sentiments suchh as this for using on the inside. I have almost nothing for inside of a card. Now another early and late day at work ahead of me so off I go.
