September Release Hop

Welcome to our September Release Blog Hop! 

We're thrilled about the new stamps available in the shop this month and are so excited to share the projects we've been working on with you! My card today features the precious Adore Him set from the September release. I love the sweet illustrations and had fun coloring these shepherds with their little lambs.

I  chose a soft palette of aqua and silver, mixing a few patterned papers from my stash and matting each panel with silver matte cardstock.  The sentiment and star are from the O Holy Night set, and I embossed them with sparkle silver embossing powder and then finished off the card with a silver bow.

Here's another beautiful Christmas card featuring the Adore Him. I love how Korin embossed the rays on the vellum panel to make it look like light is emanating from this sweet illustration of the Holy family. So lovely.  She finishes with a sentiment from Jesus is Born.

And here's another beautiful creation from Korin featuring the Trust in the Lord stamp set, along with Faith Wordfetti, Delightfully Delicate Background and the new Gel Press products in the shop. Don't miss her process video on creating this page.

Now back to the release. Here's a little look-see at the sets included in the SEPTEMBER release...

First up... the fabulous AUGUST stamp of the month, Singing Praises is  now available for purchase! This elegant set is timeless. With uplifting Scripture and two gorgeous bird images, this set is sure to bring delight.

Next up is the SEPTEMBER stamp of the month, Donut Worry. This whimsical stamp set brings some sweet fun to your crafting. It includes punny builder sentiments and sweet donut imagery. Donut Worry is available exclusively as a FREE gift with a $75 or more purchase during the month of SEPTEMBER.

Illustrator Jenn Nilsson has some adorable woodland critters for us to play with this month in her adorable Fur-ever Friends set. Lots of fun greenery and butterfly accents make this a perfect set for all seasons.

Next up is the precious Adore Him set from Krista Hamrick. With beautiful nativity imagery and lovely lettered sentiments, this timeless set is a definite must-have for your Christmas creating.

Our Creative Worship set for this month is the beautiful Trust in the Lord set from Rebecca Rios. Her beautiful lettering  brings so many options for focusing on trusting God and his plan for our lives.

Rebecca also illustrated the whimsical Deck the Halls set. The ornaments, popcorn string garland, and delightful sentiments are perfect for a jolly good stamping time.

Rounding out our September is the elegant Warmth of Christmas set illustrated by Diane Noble. The timeless silhouette imagery in this set is perfect for scene building. So many options for creating a beautiful Christmas card, but our Creative Worship team has also made some fabulous non-holiday themed pages with the images in this set. So versatile!

Deck the Halls

Hi friends! It's Julee, "popping in" this morning to share a one layer card (well, I matted it so it's more, but the concept is one layer. LOL) using the new Deck the Halls stamp set.

Y'all!!! This stamp set is so pretty. I love the hand lettered sentiments and the sweet ornaments, and that popcorn string, and the holly.... and well just ALL of it

! For this card I just wanted to color, so I stamped an ornament, masked it off, then stamped the other two ornaments. Then I decided to stray from my original plan and add the popcorn string, so I cut two more masks and then stamped the popcorn string. I like it, but if I make this one again, I'll start with the pop corn string so it's the front image. I've never been very good at figuring out the order to stamp things when I'm masking! 😂

I added the deck the halls sentiment up above, then did a little Copic coloring  and finished off with a bit of tumbled glass distress oxide blended up top. I popped this panel up on foam tape and added a black mat to finish things off.
