Hello sweet friends, Stephanie here today with 2 cards featuring snowmen. I LOVE SNOWMEN!!!!
My first card is using this sweet snowman from Snowman Soup. I colored with copics and the yummy paper is from The Paper Studios. I punched some snowflakes from some sparkly paper.
This next card uses the same paper from The Paper Studio and this adorable snowman from the new set called Crazy About Snowmen. Again, I colored with copics and added a snowflake with some glitter. Remember if you place a $75 order you get our stamp of the month free.

Happy Birthday and Some Snowman Soup!

Hi Friends! Today's post is a pretty fun one because it is part of a month long celebration for Sweet N Sassy Stamp's 11th Birthday! I made a birthday tag using Party Hat Cocoa Digital Stamp to get things started! (I love Cocoa Mouse - don't you?!)
As part of the celebration, there are presents of course - for you!! There are different ones every week and this week it is FREE US Shipping with the code "HAPPY11FREESHIP"
My inspiration projects today are a little surprise for my sister. She is a big time scrapbooker and my favorite person to create for. When I send her a card she thanks me for the "embellishment" and adds it to a page. Soooo today I made her an actual embellishment using a great little clear stamp set from 2013 called Snowman Soup.
I created a little journaling card to go into it so she can journal the page and tuck it into the mug. I decorated the bottom corner with one of the smaller snowmen in the set.
I was having so much fun, I also created a little ATCoin thinking she could pop it somewhere too. I colored this up with Copics - you can see the difference in vibrancy when it is beside the color pencil snowman. I really like them both in different ways!
Here is the whole set - I think she is going to love it!
I hope you are inspired today to just create something and have fun doing it. Try different mediums and see what you like best.
Thanks for stopping by and joining the celebration!

Winter Fun!
Happy Birthday Sweet N Sassy Stamps! I am so happy to celebrate these fabulous stamps - both clear and digital!! There is lots of fun going on this month including a HAPPY Freebie! Check it out HERE.
For today's cards, I am working on some Christmas/Winter cards and some SNSS clear stamps and digital... I had a great time with alcohol inks on Yupo paper. I used the tutorial from Splitcoast Stamper called Alcohol Ink Baubles.
For my first card, I used the clear sets - For the Birds; Sentiment - Christmas Pine. I Splattered metallic white water color paint for a snowy look and then with the metallic water color, I created a snow bank for my winter bird to sit on. Pretty simple but sweet!

Thanks for stopping by!! Have a great one!

Heartwarming Alphas
Hello and Happy Friday Everyone!
It finally feels like winter here in St Louis; fall surprised us and went on and on. I do welcome the snow, but not frigid temps. Is it getting cold in your neck of the woods?
One of my favorite things about winter crafting is snowmen! I just can't get enough of them.
I combined the old with the new on this CAS card. The super sweet snowman in a cup is from the Snowman Soup Stamp Set; he is colored with Copics. I used the snowflake images in the new Holiday Hugs Stamp Set and did 3rd generation stamping with them. I LOVE being able to create sentiments with the alpha sets and my favorite is this new one, Rebecca Script Alpha. I pieced my sentiment together with singular words from other sets (you and my). The heart on the cup was the perfect way to finish the sentiment!
That's it for me!

Snowman Soup Kit
{jane bosi} Happy Wednesday, Sweet Friends! I have to admit, I'm still a gifting kind of mood! I love to think up fun little gifts to give the people in my life! And sometimes, I just love the process of creating a dimensional item like a box or this test tube tote!
The Test Tube holder has long been a favorite project of mine. I loosely followed THIS TUTORIAL from Splitcoaststampers. I say loosely because my test tubes are considerably smaller than the ones used in the tutorial. I had to adjust some of the measurements, but it worked out just fine. These tubes were perfect, however, for me to create this very special Snowman Soup Kit!
The blustery days of winter here in Central Wisconsin make hot cocoa the perfect any time drink! Each tube can be filled with 1) Cocoa 2) Mini Marshmellows 3) Tiny chocolate chips or crushed peppermint candies!
To complete the project, SNSS's Snowman Soup with matching dies are just perfect!! And, to make it even easier, you can also get these super fantastic images in digital format....RIGHT AWAY! Images used are: Snowman in Mug and Snowman Soup. Go on......get inky!
Be awesome! TTFN Jane

2 cards and a journal
Hello SNSS friends... happy Tuesday!
Today I have a couple of completely different projects to share! First I have a card I recently made using my Snowman Soup stamp set (It now has matching dies!).
I wanted to create a “hot cocoa” background…boy was that a challenge! lol. But I liked how it turned out. I just "smooshed" ink onto a craft mat, spritzed with water, and laid my cardstock on top. My snowy guy was colored with Copics and popped up. I masked off the word “you” in my sentiment and replaced it with a big diecut word. Then I stamped a few extra marshmallows to float in my chocolately background.
My next card is for an anniversary and I used my Prim Blessings stamp set which ALSO has new matching dies…
A close-up of this CAS card...
And last I have a super quick journal I decorated. I used the Sweet 'n Sassy sets called Wildflowers and His Peace.
This was reaaallly a quick project...I had about 20 minutes to make it. LOL. I started with a pre-purchased journal and picked out the sentiment I wanted to use. Then I found a pretty flower image to stamp as a background. I snapped a quick pic and sent it on it's way. Later I realized that I forgot to add some pearls or bling! ugh. I hope the recipient likes it anyway!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Snowman Soup
{Jane Bosi} Hello, Sweet Friends! Today I have a yummy little giftie to share that's easy to make and sure to be a hit as the colder weather draws near. My little gift pouch features the Snowman Soup stamp set and dies from last month's release! This set is sooo adorably cute! The availability of dies to match is just the icing on the cake! (or the marshmallow in the cup???)
I have a fun little die that I used to create the gift bag. Because the die cuts the bag in two pieces, it was easy to add the window on front. I used some coordinating card stock colors and the Borders and Backgrounds stamp set to decorate the bag before adding my cute little snowman. I love how the die cuts a a nice little edge around the image---I used water color paper so, I water colored the image using my aqua brush and inks. The white edge is the perfect contrast to the colored image and makes it pop! right off the project.
To decorate the marshmallow bag, I created a little charm using another image and die from the set along with some shrink plastic. I was probably in second grade (.....just a few years ago....) when I first discovered shrinky dinks. I still love them to this day! Isn't is just the cutest thing?
I hope you are feeling all toasty and ready for some creating of your own!! Have a blessed day--Jane
