{jane bosi} Happy Middle of the Week, Sweet Friends! Can you believe we are half way to a weekend already?
We are also well on our way in the new year! New Years always brings with it reflection and resolutions. Promises to "be the best me"; "New Year, New You". We've heard all of the cliches. I'm not ashamed to admit, it is exactly this sentiment I was thinking about when I created this card featuring Winter With Winnie.
Now, I'm not much for "the shoulds" or New Years Resolutions. I do, however, firmly believe that each day is a gift to be the best you can be. I am a very reflective person and I do spend quiet time seeking His will for how I should conduct my days. I like to think I'm very honest with myself when I miss the mark. I try to meet each day, seeking that which He would have me be. I fall short, but I keep on trying.
So, this is my "Stand Out In the Crowd" card. It's a challenge for myself and each of you to be your best. To stand up and stand out for the One who made you.
I had to call attention to the "Stand Out" and used the What's Up Clear Stamp Set and Dies to do it.
Go ahead...Be Awesome! Jane

{jane bosi} Happy Sunday, Sweet Friends!! I've finally taken the time to complete this long awaited project!! Many months ago, I purchased Bookmark Bits & Pieces and Bookmarks & More Dies so I could make bookmarks for my budding reader and his classmates!
I started by creating a box to house the 30 bookmarks. Using a 8 1/2" x 9 3/4" piece of card stock and some strategic scoring, it was a piece of cake! Score on the 8 1/2" side at 1 1/2", 3" and 6". Rotate and score at 2 1/4", 3 3/4" 6" and 7 1/2". You'll have to omit the corners and trim a few other panels, but once you get going, it will all make sense!
I decorated the bookmarks by water coloring images from Bookmark Bits & Pieces. I cannot decide which image I like the most! That little bookworm is awfully cute!
I also used Borders & Backgrounds, What's Up and Grunge Elements 2 to decorate the backgrounds. This was a great way to spend the afternoon! I sure hope they like them as much as I do!

What's Up?
{jane bosi} What's Up, Sweet Friends?
Today, I have a few samples I created using Sweet N Sassy's What's Up? clear stamp set and matching dies. The first card, above ^, is pretty straight forward and makes use of a number of the dies--there are 15 dies in total some are chunky and some are skinny----good for lots of creative ideas! In addition, the stamp set is full of just the right kind of encouraging words--perfect pick me ups!
My second card features What's Up along with Words of Life-Collection 2, Message of Hope, Keep In Touch Too and Words of Life-Common Words 1.
I'm not much of an out of the box thinker so, it's always fun to pull bits and pieces together like this--I surprise myself!
Have a great day! TTFN, Jane

2014 Year in Review - Day 5: What's Up?
Hello Sweet 'n Sassy friends and welcome back to Day 5 of the 2014 Year in Review!
Today's features are:
What's Up? and the Arrow Dies
The mix and match sentiments in the What's Up? stamp set are so much fun and can be combined in so many different ways to make your card say just the right thing. The Arrow Dies coordinate perfectly with each of the arrows in the stamp set AND include nested smaller arrows as well. The combination of today's features are perfect for making a statement on your card creations!
Here's a quick and easy card created by Ceal using What's Up? and the
Arrow Dies:
A few splatters from the Grunge Elements stamp set and a sparkly border make this a cute card to send to a friend or family member.
This Christmas card was created by me:
What's Up? sentiments and the Arrow Dies can be used to help us remember what Christmas is all about. The Born this Day image was framed and mounted on a panel stamped with several of the arrows from the What's Up? stamp set..
Here are several card samples made by the SNSS Designers this past year:
Lee Ann used bright colors and a wonderful design on this fun card using What's Up? and the Arrow Dies. I love how she used the arrows to frame her sentiment from the Birthday Word Art stamp set.
Giovana used some sponging and splatters to make a background for the arrows and the sentiments from What's Up? Love the added texture on the arrow with polka dots and the wood veneer arrow is the perfect accent.
Another fun card designed by Mary uses the arrows and a sentiment from What's Up? along with other sentiments from the Birthday Word Art stamp set to help a special someone celebrate a momentous occasion!
Bridget's use of bright color is so captivating and the arrows, sequins, splatters, and sponging help draw your attention to the sentiments from the What's Up? stamp set. The coordinating Arrow Dies make popping up the arrows for dimension a snap.
What's Up? and the Arrow Dies are available now at the

Birthday Word Art...
Hello! It's Monika here today bringing you a birthday card that's perfect for the summer. The color combination came from Split Coast Stampers (CC486). I was drawn to the bright colors right away.
I wanted a clean and fairly simple design that can be re-produced easily. It has a little bit of stamping, die-cutting... my favorite flower/thread embellishment... and we can't forget the rhinestones.
The images came from the new Birthday Word Art, What's Up? and the fabulous Birthday Bash clear stamp sets. The frosting was die-cut with the coordinating Birthday Bash die set.
Thanks for stopping by,
Monika

SWEET peek...
Hello! It's Monika here today, giving you couple of SWEET peeks of the soon-to-be (and when I say soon, I mean less then 24 hours!) released What's Up? and Birthday Word Art clear stamp sets.
First up is BIRTHDAY WORD ART clear stamp set. Birthday is THE occasion I most likely to send out a card for...
I went for an elegant look with this card. I heat embossed the greeting with white embossing powder. The butterfly is from MAJESTIC MONARCHS clear stamp set, and it was die cut with the coordinating MONARCH DIES.
My second card is totally different, something fun and playful... a simple shaker card, using WHAT'S UP? clear stamp set along with the STAR DIE SET.
This set is full of great words and arrows! I used 3 of the sentiments to build my greeting...
I hope you will join us tomorrow for our RELEASE BLOG HOP, full of wonderful inspirations.
Thank you for stopping by,
Monika
